The Liar and Kikos are included with the app and need no subscription or additional download. The other tales require an active monthly or yearly subscription.

The stories are told in Armenian. Each tale is in Eastern or Western Armenian, as indicated in the library; a single tale does not offer both. Menus are available in English and Armenian. English story narration is not included in version 1.

Yes. The launch library contains 50+ Armenian tales, and we’re preparing more. New tales will appear in the library as they become available. We haven’t announced a fixed release schedule.

The two free stories work offline from the start. Other tales need to be downloaded first and require an active subscription. Internet is needed for downloads, purchases, restoring purchases, and some subscription checks.

Open Parents and choose Restore a purchase, or tap Restore on the plans screen. Check that the device uses the Apple Account that made the purchase. If it still does not appear, contact us without including payment details.

Open Parents → Manage subscription when your subscription is active. Or open your device’s Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Three Apples. Apple shows the cancellation options and access end date. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Check your connection, available storage, and whether your subscription is active. Try again from the library or Parents → Tales on this device. If it still fails, tell us the tale title, device, and any error shown.

Go to Parents → Tales on this device and choose Delete beside a downloaded subscription tale. You can download it again while subscribed. The two free tales are part of the app and cannot be removed separately.

Check the device volume and connected headphones first. In Parents, review automatic narration, background sounds, text visibility, and text/highlighting settings. Adjust the text size and highlighting to suit your family.

Three Apples is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad with iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 or later. Check its App Store compatibility section for the latest supported devices.

The app has no accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking. Reading history and preferences are stored on your device and aren’t uploaded to Markael Studio. Purchases and downloads use Apple’s services on iPhone and iPad, and Google Play on Android. Read the app privacy policy for the full explanation.

The stories come from Armenian literature and folklore. The illustrations and narration are made with AI tools, then reviewed and refined for the app. Parents → About → Credits and Tale sources explain the process and the source of each tale.

Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account used for the purchase to see the options. Eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law.

Three Apples is available on Google Play from Markael Studio for Android phones and tablets with Android 13 or later and Google Play. The Google Play release is available in all countries except China and Azerbaijan.

The Android library has 52 tales. The Liar and Kikos are free, built into the app, and work offline without a subscription or additional download. The other 50 tales require an active subscription plan and download from Google Play when you tap them. Once downloaded, they work offline subject to the subscription check described below.

Choose a monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically, or pay once for a month or a year with no automatic renewal. Paid-once plans are useful for a child’s Google Account supervised by a parent, who approves purchases. Extend a paid-once plan in Parents → Add a month or a year. Google Play shows the price in your local currency, the access period, and renewal details before purchase.

Eligible new subscribers can get a 3-day free trial on the automatically renewing Monthly plan, or the first year at half price on the automatically renewing Yearly plan. Google Play decides eligibility, with one offer per Google Account. Check the offer, local price, and renewal terms shown by Google Play before confirming. After the trial or discounted first year, the plan renews at the price shown unless cancelled before renewal.

Tap the lock at the top right of the tales and complete the parental gate. Open Parents → Subscription → Redeem a code to open Google Play, then follow its instructions to redeem your code using the intended Google Account.

If you see “Google Play isn’t available on this device, or no Google account is signed in to it”, open the Google Play Store app, sign in with a Google Account, and try again. Purchases and subscription downloads require Google Play on the device.

The two free tales always work offline. Download subscription tales before going offline; access requires an active plan. Your subscription must be confirmed with Google Play at least once every 14 days. Connect to the internet at least once a fortnight to keep subscription tales open, including downloaded copies.

Open Parents → Manage subscription in the app, or Google Play Store → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Three Apples → Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel an automatically renewing plan. A paid-once plan does not renew automatically.

Tap the lock at the top right of the tales, complete the parental gate, then open Parents → Subscription → Restore a purchase. Google Play must be signed in to the Google Account used to buy the plan. If access is still missing, contact us with your device model and app version, without sending payment details.

Request a refund through Google Play, using your order history at play.google.com or Google Play’s refund request page. Eligibility follows Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law.

A Google Play subscription works on every Android device signed in to the same Google Account. There is no family sharing on Android: each Google Account needs its own subscription. A Google Play subscription does not unlock the app on iPhone or iPad, and an App Store subscription does not unlock it on Android.

Subscription tales download from Google Play. A large download may wait for Wi-Fi or ask before using mobile data. Check your connection, free storage, and active plan if a download stalls. Delete downloaded tales in Parents → Tales on this device; they stay in the library to download again while you have access.

Every tale can be read and heard in Armenian, English, and Russian. Each tale’s Armenian version is Eastern or Western Armenian, as labelled in the library; it does not offer both. Menus also support English, Armenian, and Russian. Change the menu language in Parents → Menu language, or Android Settings → Apps → Three Apples → Language; menu language and story language are separate choices.

The parental gate asks a multiplication question written in words, with the numbers shown below. Purchases, settings, deleting downloads, and outside links are behind this gate so these controls stay with grown-ups.

The app has no accounts, ads, analytics, tracking, or crash reporting and does not use the advertising ID. Reading progress, settings, which “What’s new” notices you have seen, downloaded tales, and the last successful subscription-check time stay on the device and are not sent to Markael Studio. Connection checks happen only on the device. Android backup is disabled; uninstalling deletes this local data.
